  • By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Products & Services

  • All baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may not be subject to commercial inspection.

  • Ingredients and allergens are listed to the best of our ability, but cross-contamination may occur.

  • Custom orders are accepted based on availability and must be confirmed in writing.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed at least 2 in advance.

  • Full payment or deposit is required to secure your order.

  • Accepted payment methods are cash, check, card or venmo.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 2 days before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations made after the preparation process has begun.

  • If the baker must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

  • Delivery may be offered for an additional fee.

  • Once goods are picked up or delivered, responsibility for proper storage and consumption lies with the customer.

6. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consumption.

  • The baker is not liable for allergic reactions or improper handling after pickup/delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All recipes, photos, and content on this website are the property of the baker.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The baker is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or consumption of products.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
